Program Helps with Grants for Healthy Environment Product

Grant writing services are available to school districts wanting to use ESSER funds to help maintain safe, clean, and healthy learning environments.

The deadline for ESSER funds is approaching. States must commit the funds by September 2024.

Beacon for Schools is a program that deploys hands-free and autonomous disinfecting technology at no cost to schools when available ESSER funding can be applied. The program includes an impact analysis of the school, the appropriate number of Beacon devices, and grant drafting and submission for the school’s ESSER submission.

Beacon’s smart, wall-mounted disinfection devices use light technology to help schools combat absenteeism by reducing the spread of pathogens, bacteria, and viruses. IASB member school districts have access to this among several programs sponsored by IASB that are designed to save money or ensure competitive pricing of essential services.
