Statewide Officers and Directors of the Association

Each year at the Delegate Assembly, IASB members elect a president and vice president. The IASB president is the principal elective officer and presides over meetings of the Board of Directors.

Nominations are open for IASB President and Vice President. All nominations and accompanying materials must be recieved by 4 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025.

The Association is governed by the Board of Directors. This governing body is made up of one representative elected from each of the IASB Divisions. The Board of Directors establishes policies governing the Association and setting standards for its management and operations. The Board is also responsible for selecting and employing the IASB executive director, who is tasked with the day-to-day administration and management of IASB. Additionally, the Board of Directors appoints a treasurer to serve for a two-year term.
