IASB Announces Logo Refresh, Applications for Member Use 

The Illinois Association of School Boards will unveil a logo refresh to members, stakeholders, and the public on July 5.  

The project is a collaborative effort by IASB staff led by Director of Production Services Katie Grant. The new art will retain the primary identity font and brand colors, which have distinguished IASB since 1997. Other elements will be updated for various applications.    

“As IASB evolves to meet its members’ changing needs, we are reaching audiences on multiple platforms. Simply put, our logo needed some enhancement,” said Kara Kienzler, Associate Executive Director of Communications and Production Services. “We sought staff input from the beginning, and the project has been a team effort. That makes the rollout even more exciting.”   

The logo transition will include a new Active Member logo for Illinois public school districts with board membership in IASB and a revised Service Associates logo for use only by member firms in good standing.
