Nomination forms and accompanying materials for the 2025 Holly Jack Outstanding Service Award are due September 15. Nominees for the annual award must be a district employee (superintendent’s secretary, superintendent’s administrative assistant, or school board recording secretary) who has performed the board secretary’s duties for at least five years.
Up to five additional letters of support from individuals may be included (at least one letter of support is required) with each nomination.
A panel of judges will consider performance, initiative, innovation, passion, dedication, staff development, and individual professional development when selecting the winner. Detailed information about qualifying criteria is noted in the application.
The Holly Jack Award will be presented on Friday, November 21 during the opening session of the Administrative Professionals’ Program at the Joint Annual Conference in Chicago. Registration for the Conference remains open at early-bird rates until October 15.
