As short-term revenue dries up, the state begins to study property tax relief, and schools confront the closing of federal agencies (and potential loss of attendant funding), collective negotiations this year are likely to be somewhat more challenging than in years prior. Attorney David Braun with Franczek, P.C. will discuss challenges and changes to law and fact likely to confront schools, as well as processes to help and solutions to consider at the table.
