Attracting thousands of attendees and educational leaders from hundreds of school districts, the Joint Annual Conference is an ideal location for companies to showcase their school services and products at Illinois’ largest and most influential education conference. IASB’s Annual Exhibit Trade Shows offer an opportunity for exhibitors to highlight products and solutions, build meaningful face-to-face connections, and strengthen visibility with school district decision makers.

Exhibitor Application

New this year, exhibitors will have the option to choose from two IASB Exhibit Trade Show locations. The Hyatt Regency will host exhibitors for a two-day Trade Show on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21, while a newly offered single day Exhibit Trade Show will take place at the Sheraton Grand on Saturday. • Exhibit Registration Opening: May 1
• Early Bird Deadline: May 29
• Exhibit Setup: November 19 (Hyatt Regency), November 20 (Sheraton Grand)
• Joint Annual Conference: November 20-22

NOTICE: IASB is the only official Conference housing bureau. Be aware of third parties placing calls or sending emails identifying themselves as the “official” housing bureau for Conference or claiming to be “affiliated with” or “working on behalf of” IASB for Conference housing. Sometimes these companies illegally use the IASB or event logo and other information to appear legitimate. Often, they issue a warning that room blocks are selling out while providing the lure of a lower room rate. Booking through these third parties may subject attendees to, at worst, credit card fraud opportunities and/or no room reservations in their names upon arrival at the Conference, and at best, lower-tier hotels, or a hotel away from the Conference host hotel. If you are contacted by anyone other than IASB staff regarding your housing, please get as much information as you can and report it to: Natalie Duke.
