SuperEval^_®

SuperEval is an online platform that supports school boards in conducting meaningful superintendent evaluations. School boards and the superintendent co-create annual goals derived from district priorities, guided by a rubric reflecting the professional practices of effective leadership. The superintendent then provides reflections, supporting evidence, and a self-assessment, giving the board a substantive body of work on which to base its feedback. The process supports continuous improvement against established expectations, allowing school boards to celebrate success and identify areas for growth.
