Early-bird registration rates for the 2026 Joint Annual Conference will end on October 15. The current registration fee of $560 per individual will increase to $660 on October 16.

There are still rooms available at Conference rates at select hotels, but hotel blocks are filling up fast. A $200 deposit per guestroom is required. Hotels will be assigned once both the Conference registration and housing deposit payment are received. Online registration for the Annual Conference will remain open until November 16.

Registration remains open for some Friday Focus Workshops (November 20). Morning and afternoon workshops are available at a cost of $225 per training. The workshops include either breakfast or lunch.

For individuals who perform the duties of the school board secretary or superintendent's administrative assistant, spots can still be secured for the Administrative Professionals’ Program (November 20-21). There is no added cost to attend the two-day professional development, but Conference registration is required.
