Let's explore the governance role the Board plays in special education services. Although the Board does not individually manage IEP, they do need to establish policies that shape the district's special education framework and find ways to foster an inclusive culture with families and the community. Education Attorney Brandon Wright of Franczek P.C. will provide an overview of the subject and offer advice for school boards.
