Board Leader Recognition Program
IASB recognizes school board members for individual time and effort devoted to learning and leadership activities provided by the Association and for service to the public education community. Individuals that earn Board Leader Recognition status will be recognized at IASB Spring Division Meetings.
All IASB school board members are automatically enrolled in the program when added to the district roster and registered for IASB events and activities.

Board Leader Recognition Designation Levels
NOTE: Members who have achieved Distinguished or Legacy honors will receive Annual Merit Recognition by earning 40 additional points each year.
Attendance is required at specified events to receive Board Leader Recognition points.
Former Master Board Members and LeaderShop Fellows have been transitioned into Distinguished Board Leader level of the Board Leader Recognition Program.
