IELRB Offers Posted for Meridian CUSD 101                                           

Offers have been posted in the contract negotiations between Meridian CUSD 101 and its teachers union, the Meridian Education Association. The board of education submitted its final offer in March and the union and district offers were posted with the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board on June 25.  

The offers show the negotiations have included sick leave and personal days, planning periods, health insurance, and salary proposals. The parties have been negotiating since March 2024.  

Meridian CUSD 101 is based in Mounds. It has 33 teachers and educates approximately 430 students in two schools.
