Reflecting on Communication and Community Engagement Tactics

You have the opportunity, as an individual and as a board, to engage stakeholders to support student success. In this workshop we will reflect on the board’s current community engagement goals and approaches, and examine the landscape the board is operating in. Then, the board will recommit to or select new directions, strategies, and tactics to enhance communication and engagement with the individuals and entities in the community.
