This year, the procedure for distributing the Joint Annual Conference registration and housing forms has been changed. Instead of mailing the forms to districts and affiliates, the forms will be made available online beginning Monday, June 6.

This change was made to allow everyone access to the forms at the same time.

The instructions and forms will specify how to fill out and return them, along with the appropriate fees. Please note: conference registration and housing cannot be completed online. The forms will be posted as PDFs to be downloaded, printed, filled out, and mailed.

Faxed copies will not be accepted.

IASB will process the applications and forms as they are received. Hotel rooms will be assigned daily on a first received/first assigned basis. A copy of both the submitted registration and housing form, indicating the hotel assignment, will be mailed to superintendents.

Housing requests not accompanied by a completed official registration form and the required deposits and fees will not be processed until all forms and fees are received in IASB's Springfield office.
