Here is some preliminary information exhibitors need in order to plan their participation in the Annual Exposition and to register.

Booth Fees:

Corner 10x10.........$2,175.00
Regular 10x10.........$1,975.00
Corner 6x10.........$1,875.00
Regular 6x10.........$1,675.00

Registration: Contact the Exhibit Manager to ascertain available booth spaces or obtain an Exhibitor Packet, including a copy of the contract.

Exhibit Hours:
Friday, Nov. 18, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 19, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Move-in Schedule:
Buses: 8 to 9 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16.
Move In: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 17.
Note: No move in after 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Move out:
2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19.
Buses - 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 21.

Housing Information: Housing forms are included in the exhibitor packet. The housing forms/deposit fees need to be returned to IASB to be placed. Note: exhibitors cannot call the hotel directly to secure rooms at the listed hotel rates; these must be placed by IASB.
