Here is some preliminary information exhibitors need in order to plan their participation in the Annual Exposition and to register.

Registration: Contact the Exhibit Manager to ascertain available booth spaces or obtain an Exhibitor Packet, including a copy of the contract.

Exhibit Hours:

Friday, November 21, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, November 22, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Move-in Schedule:

Buses: 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 19.

Move In: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, November 20.

Note: No move in after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Move out:

2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 22 until noon Sunday, November 23

Buses - 9 a.m. Monday, November 24.

Housing Information: Housing forms for Exhibitors will be sent to exhibitors with the signed copy of the contract/fees that have been submitted.
