THE HIPAA QUAGMIRE:  COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES

"The HIPPA Quagmire: Compliance Guidelines" provides an excellent overview of the Privacy Rule of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, including the factors that trigger HIPAA jurisdiction.  This document was written by Cynthia M. Masbaum, Joseph J. Perkoski, and Laura M. Sinars, attorneys with Robbins, Schwartz, Nicholas, Lifton & Taylor, Ltd.
