The board’s offer includes a 4.5% salary increase for teachers in the current term, with additional bumps of 4.0% for the two years following, plus bonuses for years of service. The offer includes increases for non-teaching staff as well. The board’s offer includes benefits, extracurricular stipends, workday and prep time scheduling, and tuition reimbursement.
