Deadline Extended: Register for The Trust Edge Experience 

Join trust expert David Horsager and certified IASB Trust Edge coaches on Saturday, August 6 in Naperville for a live, fast-paced, and engaging workshop – The Trust Edge Experience.

The Trust Edge Experience seeks to build high-performing teams by creating a common language that builds connection, improves clarity, and increases productivity. The all-day training will kick off at 8:30 a.m. and give school leaders from across the state an opportunity to explore the 8-Pillar Framework™ for building trust. Participants will practice techniques to clarify expectations, improve relationships, and reduce interpersonal conflict, as well as methods for appreciating others, building an accountable culture, and recognizing how to rebuild trust when it has been broken.  

Online registration is available at a cost of $175 per attendee. Breakfast and lunch are included. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to contact the superintendent’s office for registration assistance.
