Registration is open for the 2021 National School Boards Association annual conference, scheduled for April 8-10, 2021.
NSBA has announced the transformation of its usual in-person conference and exposition to the 2021 Online Experience, bringing “world-class programming, inspirational keynotes, top education solution providers, and plentiful networking opportunities,” to participants in an online platform. The event will feature 64 sessions in nine tracks, plus general session keynotes, special council events, and networking opportunities.
Keynoters include Shawn Achor, a researcher in positive psychology and best-selling author of The Happiness Advantage, and award-winning actor and musician Leslie Odom Jr., best known for his breakout role as Aaron Burr in the Broadway phenomenon “Hamilton.”
The NSBA 2021 Online Experience also includes Equity Councils Signature Speakers: author, scholar, and educator Eddie S. Glaude Jr.; award-winning journalist and author Sonia Nazario; actor, director, producer, and activist Tony Plana; and author, teacher, and educational consultant Stephen Sroka.
Registration and complete information for the event is available on the 2021 Annual Conference and Exposition page. The early registration deadline, with a discounted fee, is February 26.
