2018 IASB JOINT ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Share the Success Panels

Share the Success Panels Chosen for Conference

Twenty-nine panel sessions were chosen from 67 proposals submitted by school districts and related organizations for “Share the Success” presentations at the 2018 Joint Annual Conference.

Proposals were rated via an online process by a volunteer committee of school board members, with final judging completed on March 18.

Panel proposals were evaluated on several key points, including interest or relevance for today’s school leaders; focus on board level work rather than staff work; evidence of creativity and an innovative approach to the issue or subject; can the district’s experience be replicated by others; support evidence of the program’s “success”; and if the proposal provided a clear picture of the panel presentation using specific information.
