While widespread inclusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education remains in its initial phases, potential educational benefits present many districts with channels to further personalize learning, expand instruction, refine administrative tasks, and more. Despite these benefits, it remains imperative that prospective district liabilities be considered to minimize risk and to safeguard students, staff as well as parents.
