Presented by Leslie Blockman, IL-AWARE Grant Manager/SEL Coordinator, Bloomington SD 87; Lisa Taylor, Superintendent, Heyworth CUSD 4; Kim Freymann and Nona Waller, McLean County Center for Human Services

How do boards address the social emotional needs of students that allow them to acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions, build relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions? We will have a diverse panel that will discuss our students' social and emotional needs and how leaders can provide supports and services necessary to meet these needs and build up our students.
