The Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) is seeking applicants for a full-time Associate Executive Director of Board Development in either of IASB’s office locations in Springfield or Lombard. This position reports to the IASB Executive Director.
The Associate Executive Director for the Board Development Department will guide the strategy for and implementation of training programs in consultation and collaboration with other key departments within IASB. The Associate Executive Director will provide strategic planning, budgeting, and overall supervision for board development staff and activities.
