IASB Winter Book Study Features ‘Crucial Conversations’

IASB announces the return of its Winter Book Study events, featuring in 2022 the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan, and Al Switzler.
 
Participants will discuss what makes a conversation crucial, handling it when it happens, and improving your organization’s performance through better communication. By joining the Book Study conversations, readers will discover strategies to prepare for high-stakes conversations, make it safe to talk about almost anything, transform unpleasant emotions into powerful dialogue, and be persuasive, not abrasive.
