RECRUITERS

Does your district have enough qualified candidates to fill all the expected vacancies in the 2008 - 2009 school year? Will you be able to fill teaching positions with "highly qualified" candidates as required by the No Child Left Behind Act? Do prospective administrators know about the leadership opportunities in your district?

For the past twelve years, the Illinois Association of School Boards has hosted a job fair to assist school districts in finding and hiring qualified teachers and administrators. These fairs have identified hundreds of applicants at all grade and building levels. The 13th Annual IASB Job Fair is the event to meet many of these candidates early in the search process.

The 13th Annual IASB Job Fair scheduled for Saturday, March 15, 2008, in the Shannon Center of Saint Xavier University, Chicago. Reserve your district's space now for the 13th Annual IASB Job Fair by contacting Loretta Cotten at IASB for information regarding registration fees and procedures.
